Roi, appointed about a year ago as head chef at our flagship “King David” hotel in Jerusalem, has accumulated vast experience in exclusive restaurants and top of the line hotels. Prior to his current position, he and his partners established the renowned “Bertie” restaurant in Tel Aviv. This was followed by stints as head chef at the “Mamilla” and “Jaffa” hotels.
Roi began his journey as sous chef to Meir Adoni of the prestigious Tel Aviv restaurant, “Catit.”
In preparing his culinary delights, Roi Antebi merges the original Mediterranean kitchen with the most current trends in eating as he blends highest quality with stunning creativity, audacious innovation and the freshest of local produce.
