Chef Daniel Fogel, 32, graduated from Hadassah College in Jerusalem.
Daniel has acquired more than a decade of experience in restaurants and renowned professional kitchens worldwide despite his young age. He worked at the La palta restaurant under the chef Isa Mazzocci who won an award as the best chef in Italy and cooperated with the Spanish chef, winner of a Michelin star, Andreu Genestra.
His culinary approach is to prepare minimalistic dishes with an emphasis on high-quality fresh raw ingredients and meticulous attention to local products delivered to the restaurant daily.
