The Chef
Chef Ariel Adler, born in Safed and a graduate of Ben-Gurion University’s Eilat Campus, is currently the Executive Chef at the Dan Carmel Hotel in Haifa. He began his culinary career at Le Meridien Eilat and gained extensive experience in leading hotels and restaurants, including La Cuccina, Ranch House, Daniel Herzliya, Vert Lagoon Netanya and Isla Brown in Crete.
With a rich background in hospitality and gastronomy, Ariel brings a diverse culinary repertoire inspired by cuisines from around the world, together with a strong commitment to quality, precision and high professional standards.
Palachi Bar-Restaurant
The restaurant offers a unique and elegant dairy culinary experience with a rich selection of dishes to suit every palate. The new menu features fresh pastas, classic pizzas, rich salads, and refreshing appetizers. Each dish is carefully crafted using high-quality, local ingredients. The menu also includes a variety of sweet desserts and creative cocktails, alongside a selection of fine Israeli wines.

The Chef’s menu reflects the local culinary diversity, the best and freshest ingredients, a pleasant wine list, refreshing cocktails and a selection of drinks. Excellent coffee and cake, refreshing snacks or enjoyable meal.
