The Chef

Chef Daniel Fogel, 31, is a graduate of Hadassah College in Jerusalem.

Despite his young age Daniel has acquired more than a decade of experience in restaurants and renowned professional kitchens throughout the world. He worked at the La palta restaurant under the chef Isa Mazzocci who won an award as the best chef in Italy, and cooperated with the Spanish chef, winner of a Michelin star, Andreu Genestra.

His culinary approach is to prepare minimalistic dishes with an emphasis on high-quality fresh raw ingredients and meticulous attention to local products delivered to the restaurant daily.

Chef Oren Zilberstein is in charge of the pastry, all prepared in the hotel kitchen with uncompromising top-quality flavor.

Salon Restaurant

The Salon restaurant is open daily from 13:00 to 23:00.

This is a dairy restaurant that combines French and classic cooking techniques with Middle Eastern flavors.

Choose from a variety of seating areas in the salon or in the green courtyard, or simply sit at the bar with a glass of win and enjoy the vacation atmosphere.

Imperial Palms, the cocktail bar that will refresh your summer, in a unique cooperation with the Imperial Bar cocktail masters, created a selection of tropical cocktails with an Asian touch based on rum, served alongside chilled wines and Tamara shakes

The Imperial Palms is located on the poolside and designed in East Asian Polynesian style – the ultimate escape from the Israeli routine.

The bar will operate as a pool bar during the day and in the evening as a cocktail bar for hotel guests and non-guests with advance reservations.
