CONDITIONS OF THE E-DAN CLUB
PROCEDURES
1. A member of the Dan Hotels Corporation Ltd. Club (hereinafter, respectively, "Member/s", "Dan" and the "e-Dan Club") will be entitled to receive benefits of various kinds at any of the following Dan hotels, by accumulating e-Dan Points as set out in these Conditions: Dan Tel Aviv Hotel, Dan Panorama Tel Aviv Hotel, Dan Accadia Hotel, Dan Caesarea Hotel, Dan Carmel Hotel, Dan Panorama Haifa Hotel, Dan Eilat Hotel, Dan Panorama Eilat Hotel, King David Hotel, Dan Panorama Jerusalem Hotel, Dan Gardens Ashkelon Hotel, Dan Gardens Haifa, as well as other hotels which may be added to this list in accordance with the decisions made by Dan's management. Similarly, as set out in Sections 13 and 14 A. hereinafter, Dan may, at any time, determine that certain hotels be removed from the above list, either temporarily or permanently.
2. The e-Dan Club's Operation The Club will operate until otherwise decided by Dan. Without derogating from the generality of the aforesaid, Dan reserves the right to cease operating the Club without any prior notice. If Dan does cease to operate the Club, Members will be entitled to use the e-Dan Points which they have accumulated for up to six months from the day notice was given regarding cessation of the Club's operation.
3. Dan reserves the right to add, change, remove and replace the procedures and rules relating to the Club at any time, including by amending, adding to, or limiting the terms, benefits and offers, without any prior notice and at its sole and absolute discretion.
4. Membership in the Club is for individuals only, or for organizations and companies who are Dan members by virtue of a membership club in accordance with a separate agreement between Dan and the organization or company. An "individual" means a person who has been accepted as a Club Member and who has been made aware of all the rules and Conditions contained herein. No corporation, group or organization of any kind or type, which is not an e-Dan member by virtue of a membership club instituted for that purpose, can be a Club Member.
5. Membership in the Club entitles Members to earn e-Dan Points, which can be used in accordance with these rules and Conditions to obtain various benefits. In addition, membership in the Club entitles Members to various benefits, which Dan will publicized from time to time, without using the e-Dan Points they have earned. It must be noted that some of the offers will have time limits and that priority will be given to those who apply first, up until the time that Dan gives notice, at its sole discretion, that it will be discontinuing any such offer.
6. Preferred Guests in the e-Dan Club – e-Dan Gold and e-Dan Platinum
A. In accordance with the categories detailed below, some of the e-Dan Club members will be e-Dan preferred members. The preferred members will be divided into two categories: e-Dan Gold and e-Dan Platinum. The preferred guests will receive various benefits in addition to the benefits all e-Dan members are entitled to receive.
B. Inclusion in the preferred guests list (either e-Dan Gold or e-Dan Platinum) is based on the number of room nights the member has to his credit in any of the Dan Hotels listed in paragraph 1 herein, during any one calendar year.
C. Below is a table detailing the minimum number of room nights required in order to be included in the preferred guests list, and the benefits these preferred guests will receive in accordance with their classification in the e-Dan Gold or e-Dan Platinum Club.

It is emphasized that nights "paid for" with e-Dan points will not be included in the count of the room nights'.
Birthday Gift: E-Dan Platinum members receive a complimentary meal for two, regardless of accommodation, validity up to 3 months

7. Dan has the exclusive right to interpret these Terms & Conditions.
8. Acceptance to the Club An individual (as defined above) who is interested in becoming a Member of the Club must go to the Dan site at www.danhotels.com and complete his personal details. Upon receipt on line of Dan's confirmation and a personal membership number, he will become a Club Member.
9. Dan may terminate a membership in the Club at any time without prior notice if the Member has not earned any e-Dan Points during a three-year period. A Member whose membership is terminated will be able to renew his membership by reapplying to Dan. If the Member has accumulated points prior to the three-year period, he is entitled to use them up to ninety (90) days from the date of termination.
10. A Club Member will be responsible for keeping updated regarding the e-Dan Points accumulated to his credit. This he can do by logging onto Dan's web site (and entering his email address and password). A Member will also be responsible for familiarizing himself with the Club's rules and regulations, as well as with periodic amendments, and Dan will have no responsibility of any kind and type whatsoever in connection therewith. Dan is permitted, but not obligated, to set up a site in the hotels where Members can obtain information about the e-Dan Points in their account.
11. It is hereby stipulated that Dan is exempt from any responsibility towards Club Members in the event of errors in e-Dan Points accumulated by Members resulting from technical and/or electronic and/or other defects in the software, hardware and/or web site. Without derogating from the generality of the aforesaid, in the event that a Member has a query regarding e-Dan Points awarded, he should act in accordance with the provisions of Section 14.G. of these Conditions.
12. The Member will be responsible for updating changes in his personal details, such as home address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc., on his account on the web site.
13. It is hereby stipulated that the e-Dan Points and benefits accumulating in a Member's favor are for his personal use only, and do not constitute and/or are not considered the Member's property. The Member may not transfer them in any way whatsoever, including by way of sale, or by way of transfer without receiving payment, to any third party and/or as a bequest. Without derogating from the generality of the aforesaid, a member may assign the e-Dan Points to members of his immediate family for the purpose of a stay and a meal at a hotel, subject to written advance confirmation by Dan. In these Conditions, the term "immediate family" means spouse and children (up to 18 yrs) and parents.
14. Dan may at any stage, at its sole and absolute discretion, inform Members that they will not be permitted to take advantage at certain Dan hotels of the benefits to which they are entitled by virtue of the e-Dan Points they earned.
15. How Members earn e-Dan Club Points
A. e-Dan Points are earned only by staying at one of the Dan Hotels that Dan has decided will be participating in the Club. If Dan gives notice on the web site and/or otherwise that any hotel has ceased to participate in the Club, e-Dan Points cannot be earned there even if the reservation was made prior to Dan's aforesaid notice.
B. A Member will be credited with e-Dan Points only if his membership number and personal details are recognized by the system as being those of a Club Member at the time of the reservation, or at the latest prior to check out at the hotel. It is hereby stated that it is the Member’s sole responsibility to advise the hotel of his membership number at the time of making the reservation, during his stay or at latest prior to checkout
C. A Member who joins the Club while a guest at a hotel will be entitled to receive e-Dan Points for each day of his stay, but he will not be able to receive benefits during that stay.
D. e-Dan Points earned by a Member for a stay at one of the Dan hotels will be valid only after full payment has been made for the stay.
E. A Member can earn e-Dan Points only for the one room per stay actually occupied by the Member himself.
F. The following tariffs will not entitle a Club Member to e-Dan Points: OTH. Similarly, a stay at a hotel on the basis of e-Dan Points accumulated, or stays at a greatly reduced rate (adjusted from time to time at the discretion of the Dan Hotels Corporation) will not entitle the Member to receive further e-Dan Points.
G. If a Club Member thinks he is entitled to e-Dan Points for a certain stay and if such e-Dan Points have not been added to his account, he must write to the e-Dan Members Club within six months from the time of that stay, either via the web site, by fax or mail, and include a correct copy of the original invoice, or any other documents he may be required to furnish. Non-enclosure of the invoice and documents as aforesaid will be grounds for not giving the aforementioned e-Dan Points. In the event of any dispute, as mentioned above, Dan will have sole and absolute discretion.
H. Itemization of e-Dan Points Earned ** A Member staying at least one night will be entitled to receive e-Dan Points in respect of a stay at any one of the hotels specified in the following categories, as set out in the table. The number of e-Dan Points is for a one-night stay (therefore, for example, e-Dan Points will be doubled for a two-night stay). It is hereby stipulated that Dan may at any time change the Point structure set out below.
A - King David Hotel, Dan Tel Aviv Hotel, Dan Eilat Hotel, Dan Accadia Hotel.
B - Dan Caesarea Hotel, Dan Carmel Hotel, Dan Jerusalem Hotel.
C - Dan Panorama Tel Aviv Hotel, Dan Panorama Eilat Hotel, Dan Panorama Jerusalem Hotel, Dan Panorama Haifa Hotel, Dan Boutique Jerusalem.
D - Dan Gardens Ashkelon Hotel, Dan Gardens HaifaHotel

** As aforesaid in paragraph 6, e-Dan Gold and Platinum members earn points at a quicker rate as detailed in that paragraph.
16. Use of e-Dan Points (for hotel room reservations)
A. To benefit from using e-Dan Points, a reservation for a room at the requested hotel must be made by the Member or someone on his behalf.
B. At the time of making the reservation, including through an agent, the Member must state that he desires to make the reservation by using e-Dan Points which have been earned and credited to his account. It should be noted that the Member is entitled to use e-Dan points towards part of a stay at a hotel in parcels of whole night entitlement (i.e. 80 points for hotels in group A, etc.).
C. A reservation made using e-Dan Points requires the supplying of credit card details, as is customary with respect to reservations made without using e-Dan Points.
D. Subject to fulfillment of the Conditions set out in Sub-sections A, B and C above, Dan will deduct the e-Dan Points from the Members account upon checkout from the hotel. If it becomes apparent that the Member's account does not have sufficient e-Dan Points to cover his full stay at the hotel, the guest's credit card will be charged for the difference between the total account and the points credited.
E. A Member who makes a reservation at a hotel by using e-Dan Points and who does not stay for the full period of his reservation, will not be entitled to a rebate of e-Dan Points. Without derogating from the generality of the aforesaid, it is hereby clarified that e-Dan Points are not redeemable for cash.
F. Without derogating from the generality of the aforesaid, Dan reserves the right to change the e-Dan Points table.

* e-Dan Points can be used for up to two persons in double room only. There will be an additional charge at list rates for a third person in the room, including a child.
** A list of Peak season dates, which includes holidays and special occasions, is available in the rates directory at all the hotels.
17. Use of e-Dan Points (for ordering meals)
A. In this agreement, the term "meal" shall mean lunch and/or dinner in a hotel dining room and/or an evening meal in the Grill Room of the hotel, not including drinks.
B. A Member can use his e-Dan Points for meals at the hotel only while he is a guest staying at the hotel.
C. When he arrives at the restaurant for the meal, and at the latest before ordering the meal, the Member must inform the waiter/waitress of his wish to use e-Dan Points for that meal.
D. Use of e-Dan Points for a meal is limited to four persons, one of whom must be the Member. The e-Dan Points cannot be used for events at a hotel or restaurant.
E. If at the time of the meal or afterwards it becomes apparent that the Member does not have enough e-Dan Points to cover the meal at the hotel, the Member will be charged the full price per person after deduction of the points in parcels of 350 or 400 as stated below.
F. The Member will not be credited with e-Dan Points or cash in respect of a meal not fully completed.
G. Set out below are the number of e-Dan Points required per meal. It is hereby stipulated that Dan may at any stage change the table of e-Dan Points set out below.

18. A candidate's request for membership in the e-Dan Club as specified in Section 7 above shall constitute consent to all the provisions of these Conditions, including any future change in the provisions hereof. The Member will not have any claim and/or demands in connection with the Conditions and/or changes to them.
19. Dan Hotels are entitled to cancel the membership of any member whose actions conflict with the rules and regulations of the e-Dan Club and/or whose actions are detrimental to the e-Dan Club and/or the hotels' reservation mechanism.
20. e-Dan points expire 3 years from the date they were accrued.
