Why didn't I get a membership card? |

The e-Dan Club is an internet club and as such we don’t issue membership cards – everything is done online. Your name and membership number is your identification at the Dan Hotels. |

How many rooms entitle me to points? |

Each member is entitled to receive points only for the room he occupies and which is registered in his name. There are no points entitlement for additional rooms, even if they are part of the same reservation.

Will I receive points for a room I occupied and which was in my name, even though I didn’t pay for it? |

Yes. |

Can I get points for stays prior to registration to the Club? |

No, you are entitled to begin earning points from the date you registered to the e-Dan Club. |

I completed my preferences – why didn’t I get the 50 points? |

Its possible you didn’t complete all the fields. Please check. Log onto www.danhotels.com enter your email address and password, click on the icon ‘View/Edit Profile’, make the appropriate corrections and you will receive the 50 bonus points. |

Why didn’t I get points for my recent stay even though I registered prior to the stay? |

|
There are a number of possibilities: i) You didn’t inform the hotel of your e-Dan membership number. ii) The name the room was registered in was not compatible to the e-Dan membership name. |

Can I get points for my recent stay? |

Certainly, on condition that the stay was after your registration to the Club. Please send the details (hotel name, dates, reservation number, invoice number) to
e-Dan.membersrelations@danhotels.com and we will reply. |

I forgot my membership number – what do I do?

Log onto www.danhotels.com enter your email address and password, and your membership number will appear on the top of the reservations page. You do not need this number to enter your account on the web.

I forgot my password – what do I do? |

Log onto www.danhotels.com and in the e-Dan Members Club box find the question ‘Forgotten your password? ‘Click here’ for help and a new password will immediately be sent to the email address you registered with us. Please note: Your membership number is NOT your password. |

My email has changed – what do I do? |

To change your email address in our records, log onto www.danhotels.com, enter your old email address (the one you registered with us, even if you are logging on from another computer) and password. When you have entered your account, click on the icon ‘View/Edit Profile’, and make the appropriate correction. Then click on ‘continue’ at the bottom of the page. |

Why can’t I enter my account on the web? |

You need to enter your account with the email address and password you gave when you registered, NOT with your membership number. |

How many points do I have to date? |

Please check your account - log onto www.danhotels.com enter your email address and password, and click on the icon ‘Usage’. |

What am I entitled to for the points I now have? |

e-Dan points can be redeemed for room nights or meals at the Dan Hotels. For details of the calculation of points and points required, log onto www.danhotels.com, enter your email address and password, and click on the icon ‘Members Benefits’. |

What is the validity of the e-Dan points? |

e-Dan points are valid for a period of 3 years from the date they were accrued. |
