Dan Accadia Herzliya Hotel
Al Bustan

Explore the culinary splendors of the Middle East in a setting highlighted by authentic Arabian decor and accessories. A colorful menu offers a wide choice of specialties from Morocco, Lebanon, Egypt and other locales. Oriental style breads are baked on the spot.

Open Sunday to Thursday from 7 pm to 11 pm. Closed on the Sabbath from sundown Friday until sundown Saturday. (Subject to changes)

Specialty Dish: Moussaka, strips of chicken and onion fried in fragrant olive oil, served with Middle Eastern sumac spice on freshly baked pita bread.







Middle Eastern Delights
The Dan Accadia’s executive chef Arik Porat has teamed up with head chef of “El Babour” restaurant to create a unique dining experience!

Every Tuesday evening during the summer months, Mr. Chusam Abas, will arrive from his restaurant in the Galilee accompanied by two staff members and together with Arik’s team will create a unique and exquisite gourmet meal, bringing together the different flavours and tastes from the Israeli and Arabic kitchens with dishes such as, lamb kebabs, Tabouli salad, veal dishes, exotic salads and much more.
To add to the authentic atmosphere, the waiters will wear Arabic style costumes and musicians playing the Ud, a pear shaped six string instrument known across the Middle East as the “King of all instruments” will gently serenade guests as they enjoy this unique experience.
Apart from the delights of the gourmet meal, guests will be able to enjoy their surroundings in the Dan Accadia’s beautiful gardens – under the stars and next to the Mediterranean Sea.

DeliDan
An informal, attractively decorated eatery with a grand sea view. Popular lunch buffet featuring meat, fish and a world of salads. A favorite lunch time haunt for business people.

Open Sunday to Thursday from 1 pm to 3 pm, and from 6.30 pm to 10 pm. Saturday from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm.

Specialty Dish : stuffed beef medallions with a crunchy green peppercorn sauce, served with baked potatoes and a bouquet of vegetables.

A Seafood (non kosher) restaurant on the white sands of Herzliya's pristine beach.







Poolside Snack Bar
The buffet is open from April to October, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
This self-service restaurant offers a rich menu of salads and grilled meats.
Next to it is a juice bar with ice-cream, and season fruit.





Terrassa
A restaurant located on the cliffs overlooking the beach serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Oven turns out great pizza in the summer and rich seasonal menu. A popular spot for business lunches. Huge choice of wines.
