The Dan Accadia’s executive chef Arik Porat has teamed up with head chef of “El Babour” restaurant to create a unique dining experience!
Every Tuesday evening during the summer months, Mr. Chusam Abas, will arrive from his restaurant in the Galilee accompanied by two staff members and together with Arik’s team will create a unique and exquisite gourmet meal, bringing together the different flavours and tastes from the Israeli and Arabic kitchens with dishes such as, lamb kebabs, Tabouli salad, veal dishes, exotic salads and much more. To add to the authentic atmosphere, the waiters will wear Arabic style costumes and musicians playing the Ud, a pear shaped six string instrument known across the Middle East as the “King of all instruments” will gently serenade guests as they enjoy this unique experience.
