General Chen Bindge of China a the Dan Tel Aviv
General Chen Bindge, Commander of the People's Liberation Army General Staff Department, arrived at the Dan Hotel for a festive evening. Also in attendance were Mr. Ehud Barak, the Israeli Defense Minster, Lt. General Benny Gantz, the IDF's Chief of General Staff and members of the Chinese delegation.
The honored guests were greeted at the entrance by Dan Tel Aviv's General Manger, Mr. Etai Eliaz who escorted them to the "King David" hall where a lavish dinner prepared by Chef Oved Alfia was served.
This marks the first visit by such a high ranking Chinese official since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two nations in 1992.
