Mr. Thomas de Maiziere, German Minister of Defense at the Dan Tel Aviv
The German Minister of Defense, Mr. Thomas de Maiziere arrived this evening at the Dan Tel Aviv hotel.
The minister was greeted by Mr. Etai Eliaz, General Manger of the hotel, and was escorted to a luxurious suite with a view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Later this evening the German Defense Minister met with the Israeli Defense Minister, Mr. Ehud Barak, for a festive dinner at the renovated hotel dining hall where the ministers exchanged gifts.
In preparation for this dinner, the hotel's dining hall was beautifully decorated and a special elegant dinner menu was prepared by the hotel's chef served alongside a festive drinks bar where the German minister enjoyed a local Israeli beer.
