Sir Roger Moore with his wife at Dan Tel Aviv
The famous British actor Sir Roger Moore together with his wife Kristina Tholstrup arrived at the Dan Tel Aviv on Monday evening. They were met by the General Manager, Etai Eliaz and shown to their beautiful suite overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The actor, best known for his role as James Bond, came to Israel to take part in the 5th Eilat Chamber Music Festival that comprises a series of 20 chamber concerts and master classes performed by internationally acclaimed musicians.
Sir Roger Moore returned to the festival this year to give a special concert dedicated to UNICEF's efforts to prevent AIDS in Africa. Sir Roger Moore, a special UNICEF ambassador since 1991, donated to the organization.
The famous British actor wrote in the hotel book :
"Thank you for your very warm and friendly welcome What a pity we can only stay in Tel Aviv for one night!"
