The film producer John Landau, arrived in Israel this week for his first visit
He and his wife checked into the luxury seafront Dan Tel Aviv hotel
and during their stay met key people in the film and television industry.
The Landaus are also expected to meet President Peres when they are in
Jerusalem.
John Landau, a New Yorker, is best known for producting Titantic which won
him an Academy Award. Last year he and James Cameron produced the
blockbuster 3D film "Avatar"
