Olympic-Dan
Danyland, the Dan Hotels’ popular children’s club that keeps the youngsters happy while Mom and Dad get to relax by the pool, has taken the Olympic theme into its heart this year.
During this year’s summer holidays all Danyland members i.e. children between the ages of 4 and 12, are taking part in their own version of the Summer Olympics. In addition, as the hotel chain was home to the Association of Invalided Athletes for 2007/8 in the run up to the Paralympics in Beijing, children in the clubs have written special messages and prayers for the athletes. This album of prayers and good wishes was presented to President Shimon Peres at a reception in his house before the team left for China, who praised the younger generation for their involvement in this activity.
