Three in a row! Best Service award goes to the Dan Hotels
for the third year running...
The figures say it all! In an independent survey carried out by MarkeTest for The Marker, Israel’s top business newspaper, the Dan Hotel chain has once again been voted as the Best Service Provider in Israel for 2008 – out of all Israeli hotels!
Our hotels scored the highest points in all categories – showing that the level of service throughout the Dan chain is not only higher than its competitors, but also way above the overall industry score. Apart from the quality of accommodation, food and service, the survey reflected the high level of satisfaction experienced by Dan guests. In addition, a large proportion of the public felt that their stay had met all of their expectations and that they would certainly plan a return visit and recommend a Dan hotel to their family and friends.
This is the third year in a row that similar surveys have put our chain in first place!
(The “Service Survey” is conducted on a population sample similar to the international code used in the American SCSI and the European EUCSI.)
