Italian Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi – booked into the world famous King David
Italian Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi – booked into the world famous King David Hotel Jerusalem this week for his third visit.
The delegation, which included seven Ministers as well as the Israeli Ambassador to Italy and the Italian Ambassador to Israel, occupied a total of 170 rooms with the Prime Minister's party being accommodated on the 6th floor.
The Prime Minister had some particular requirements during his stay including; fresh fruit daily; no garlic or onions; no goats cheese or sheep's cheese; capsule espresso machine in the kitchen and to keep the bar open very late.
The party was presented with welcome letters in Italian and Mr. Berlusconi signed the guest book before going up to his Suite.
